Our approach for the GT-1000 14 shoe was to modernize the shoe with more energized cushioning experience.

The midsole is updated with FF BLAST cushioning in the midsole. It’s designed to help create cloud like cushioning and a more energetic response.

This design also features a 3D GUIDANCESYSTEM to help increase stability for a balanced and confident stride.

REARFOOT PureGEL
Softer, updated version of our GEL technology that maintains the acclaimed properties that have made GEL technology famous. Approximately 65% softer vs standard GEL technology.

AHARPLUS
ASICS’ pinnacle high abrasion resistant rubber located in the heel area that is approximately three times more durable than standard outsole rubbers.

3D GUIDANCE SYSTEM
Adaptive, on-demand stability system achieved through platform geometry and controlled deformation.

AHAR LO
A lower-density rubber placed in key areas of the outsole for reliable grip and traction without sacrificing durability.

FF BLAST
Midsole foam that provides a blend of cloud like cushioning and a responsive ride.

ENGINEERED MESH UPPER
A lightweight, breathable mesh material helps reduce the need for additional overlays.
