The Air Crew Europe Star was a campaign medal for British & Commonwealth forces during the Second World War. The Air Crew Europe Star was issued for air operations from the UK over Europe and the United Kingdom for a period of two months from 3rd September 1939 to 5th June 1944. Those who subsequently qualified for the Atlantic or France & Germany Stars were awarded the appropriate clasp to the Air Crew Europe Star, although only one clasp could be worn.
