R4 Base Defensive ID Training Course

The R4 Base Defensive I.D. training course consists of 6 modules that cover how to identify defenses. This course teaches the main building blocks of defensive front, coverage, stunt, & blitz families. The course goes into detail on the strength & weakness of each defensive weapon and the relationships of how one protects the other. This course includes a testing process that guides players how to teach one another to accelerate learning and retention.
